Éire ón Spéir
November 2019: This was a bilingual exhibition in collaboration with Oide Nà Shuairc’s 44 and 45A. The exhibition celebrated Ireland from the sky, through landscape photographs, historic memorabilia from the Second World War and remembered members of the Spiritan Community and past pupils who played pivotal roles in Irish Aviation History. Commandant Aonghus Ó hAlmhain of the Irish Air Corp officially launched the exhibition. Mr Sheil’s English debating team had a debate on Irish neutrality and Mr Wyer’s Art club created an eye-catching poster to promote the event.
